COLLEGE DEMOCRATS OF NEW YORK CALL ON CDA PRESIDENT TO RESIGN
Albany, NY--The College Democrats of New York call on Natasha McKenzie to resign from the Office of the Presidency of the College Democrats of America immediately.
This week, a number of disturbing reports arose surrounding Natasha McKenzie’s leadership of the College Democrats of America. We find Natasha’s actions to be indefensible and believe her continued service in the College Democrats of America is untenable. These reports have been a distraction to the College Democrats of America, its thousands of members across the nation, and to our work across this state and country. At this time, for the good of all, we urge Natasha to resign from office so we can move forward with our mission to elect Democrats and empower the students of New York.
As an affiliate of College Democrats of America, the College Democrats of New York work to empower young progressives and elect Democrats to local, statewide and national office. Find out more information at: www.collegedemsny.org.
